5K Fun Run & Walk During Donate Life Month

Join Decatur County Hospital for a 5K Fun Run & Walk for Donate Life Month!

When: April 1, 2017
Time: 8:00 am – Flag raising & presentation
8:30 am – 5K begins

Race will follow the Little River Recreation Trail, and a shorter route will be available. A free breakfast will be provided starting at 9 am in the DCH parking lot.
Click here to download the registration form, and turn in to the hospital. Register by March 17th to get a t-shirt for $15! Can’t make the race, you can still purchase a t-shirt for $15, just fill out the form and note that somewhere on the form.

If inclement weather arises, the flag raising, presentation and breakfast will still be held.
