DCH To Host Wellness Week February 12-16, 2018

Decatur County Hospital will host Wellness Week February 12-16 from 7:00 am to 10:00 am each day. Each morning, the hospital (1405 NW Church Street) will be open for walk-ins to get the following tests:

$40.00 Wellness Panel (Includes: CMP, CBC, Lipid Panel. (CMP includes glucose, calcium, BUN, creatinine, sodium, potassium, chloride, CO2, ALT, AST, Albumin, Total Bilirubin, Total Protein & alkaline phosphate)

Individual Choices

• $25.00 Lipid Panel Only (part of Wellness Panel) (Includes Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL)
• $10.00 HGB A1C Only
• $15.00 TSH Only
• $15.00 PSA Only

These tests provide a great opportunity for you to get more information about your overall health. Your results will be mailed directly to you.

Please fast for 12 hours prior to testing for accurate results.
