Eugene Yoder, ARNP, starts full-time at DCH

Decatur County Hospital is pleased to announce that as of Monday, July 13, Eugene Yoder, ARNP, became a full-time advanced registered nurse practitioner (ARNP) in the Emergency Department. Eugene received his Masters of Nursing (MSN) from Graceland University in December of 2012, and is also Board Certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Eugene provided same-day acute medical services at Community Health Centers of Southern Iowa in Leon from 2013 to 2015, in addition to providing Emergency Services coverage for the hospital.

Eugene is the second nurse practitioner to be employed full-time by Decatur County Hospital. Christie Rosheim, ARNP, started full-time in the Emergency Department in October of 2014.

Eugene, his wife Cheri, and two daughters live in the country outside of Leon. In his free time, Eugene enjoys farming, camping, and “spending time with the girls.”
