Day/Hours: Full Time

Summary: Evaluates and treats patients referred by physicians for rehabilitation services.  Possesses necessary skills to provide direct age specific patient care in accordance with department protocols.  Must be reliable, flexible, detail oriented and have good interpersonal skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Current Iowa Physical Therapy license.

About the Facility: Decatur County Hospital is an 11 bed Critical Access Hospital offering Acute/Skilled care, emergency services, and a wide range of outpatient services. The majority of patient care is outpatient setting including orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, neurological disorders, sports injuries, etc.  All DCH Rehabilitation Department members are certified in the LSVT BIG program to help patients with Parkinson’s disease or other neurological conditions. LSVT certification is covered by employer.
