Day/Hours: Full-Time – 40 hours – M-F

Summary: Support patients with understanding and managing healthcare costs by discussing out-of-pocket expenses, setting up payment plans, and assisting with financial assistance programs. This role also manages delinquent accounts,
coordinates collections activities, and collaborates with hospital departments to ensure accurate account resolution and an excellent patient experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Preferred: 1-3 years experience in hospital admissions, billing or financial services.
• High School Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred
• Excellent Communication and Data Entry Skills
• Previous collection experience in a hospital setting desirable.
• Basic knowledge of medical insurance, insurance forms, Medicare and Medicaid guidelines desirable.
• Ability to work independently, maintain strong attention to detail and effectively prioritize responsibilities.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management
