Evaluates and treats patients referred by physicians for rehabilitation services. Possesses necessary skills to provide direct age specific patient care in accordance with department protocols. Must be reliable, flexible, detail oriented and have good interpersonal skills.
This position is responsible for the direct and indirect provision of professional nursing care of the patients on assigned unit(s). The nurse is accountable for ongoing evaluation and documentation of all components of care delivered to customers, including coordination and direct supervision of the shift and work area. Collaborates with internal and external customers.
