Summary: DCH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our Night House Supervisor. This leadership role provides clinical and operational oversight. The House Supervisor serves as a mentor, resource, and decision-maker, ensuring safe patient care, appropriate staffing, efficient operations, and exceptional service throughout the hospital.

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted Iowa RN License
• Minimum of 5 years of acute care nursing experience required, including experience in Med-Surg and ED settings, or similar acute care areas.
• BSN preferred
• Current BLS ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Mandatory Reporter required.
• Previous leadership, charge nurse, preceptor, or mentoring experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
