Answer patient call lights, assist with personal care of patients and provide physical assistance with mobility needs, take vitals, observe and report patient condition, changes, and needs to RN.

Provides diagnostic radiographs of all required exams established by Radiologist protocols and needs of the department.
LPN – Med-Surg (Rotating Days/Nights)
This position is responsible for the direct and indirect provision of professional nursing care of the patients on assigned unit(s). The nurse is accountable for ongoing evaluation and documentation of all components of care delivered to customers, including coordination and direct supervision of the shift and work area.
