DCH Corner – Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation
Cardiac Rehabilitation is designed to help people recover faster and return to full, productive lives after being hospitalized with a heart event. Qualifying diagnoses or procedures include heart attack, balloon angioplasty, stent placement, bypass surgery, valve surgery, heart transplantation, and heart failure.
Donate Life 5K Fun Run & Walk
April is National Donate Life Month. Since 2003, organizations around the US have organized local, regional and national activities to help encourage Americans to register as organ, eye and tissue donors and to celebrate those that have saved lives through organ and tissue donation.

DCH Corner – Decatur County Hospital Earns ACR Ultrasound Accreditation
Decatur County Hospital has been awarded a three-year term of accreditation in ultrasound as the result of an extensive review by the American College of Radiology (ACR). Ultrasound imaging, also known as sonography, uses high-frequency sound waves to produce images of internal body parts to help providers diagnose illness, injury or other medical problems.
