Jingle Bell Tree 2025

Do you or someone you know need help with Christmas this year?
Decatur County Hospital Employee Activity Committee is now taking applications for our Jingle Bell Tree. Any family in the Central Decatur School District who has a need for Christmas is eligible. If you need help or know of someone that needs help, download this form, complete it, and return it to the Decatur County Hospital front desk by November 14th. Interested in adopting an Angel?
If you would like to adopt an Angel please visit the front desk at Decatur County Hospital to pick up your angel starting November 21st.
Please have all wrapped donations returned to the hospital by December 15th.

All adopted Angels will be notified the week of December 15th for pick-up arrangements.
