Eugene Yoder, ARNP, received his Masters of Science in Nursing from Graceland University in December of 2012, and is also Board Certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Eugene provided same-day acute medical services at Community Health Centers of Southern Iowa in Leon from 2013 to June of 2015, as well as providing Emergency Services for the hospital.
Beginning July 2015, Eugene became a full-time Nurse Practitioner for the Hospital, becoming the second Nurse Practitioner to become employed by Decatur County Hospital full-time. He provides coverage for our Emergency Department, and overnight coverage on the Medical/Surgical Unit.
Eugene, his wife Cheri, and two daughters live in the country outside of Leon. In his free time, Eugene enjoys farming, camping, and “spending time with the girls.”
