You’re Not Alone in Cervical Cancer Care
Compassionate, Specialized Care Close to Home at Decatur County Hospital
January is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month, a time to focus on prevention, early detection, and the importance of trusted, compassionate women’s health care. At Decatur County Hospital, we are proud to support women at every stage of life by offering exceptional gynecologic services right here in our community.
Why Cervical Cancer Awareness Matters
Cervical cancer is one of the most preventable cancers thanks to routine screenings like Pap tests and HPV testing. When detected early, treatment outcomes are highly successful. Regular well-woman visits play a critical role in protecting long-term health, and having access to expert care close to home can make all the difference.

Our goal is for every patient to feel informed, empowered, and genuinely cared for because your experience matters as much as your outcome.
