Wellness Week at Decatur County Hospital

Join us for Wellness Week! Our annual event which provides you with various results to track your health will be held Monday, April 25-Friday, April 29 at Decatur County Hospital. You have a choice to receive a full wellness panel, or individual tests.

You do not need a referral or an appointment to have your tests done during Wellness Week.

$40.00 $20.00 Wellness Panel
Includes: complete blood count (CBC), cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, glucose, calcium, BUN, creatinine, sodium, potassium, chloride, CO2, ALT, AST, albumin, total bilirubin, total protein, and alkaline phosphate. NEW in 2022: our full wellness panel also includes Vitamin D (a test not typically covered by insurance)

Individual Choices – $10 Each

• HGB A1C Only (Blood sugar levels, used to diagnose and track Diabetes risk)
• TSH Only (Thyroid-stimulating hormone)
• PSA Only (Prostate-specific antigen)

Please enter through the cafeteria door on the southwest corner of the hospital. Please fast for 12 hours prior to testing for accurate results. Masks are REQUIRED throughout the Decatur County Hospital facility.
